This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Admissions Advisor will focus on student recruitment, provide course-related counseling, and guide prospective students throughout the admissions process. Responsibilities also include engaging with inquiries, delivering accurate program information, addressing concerns, building strong relationships, and meeting enrollment goals while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents
• Customer service skills, with the ability to provide guidance and address inquiries efficiently
• Experience in student recruitment and familiarity with the admissions process
• Sales and persuasion skills to achieve enrollment targets
• Training or mentoring experience would be an added advantage
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in education, admissions, or counseling is beneficial
