About the Role
We areseekingenthusiastic and drivenAdmission Counsellorsto join our dynamic Inside Sales team forDSJKeeplearning. You will play a crucial role in guiding
prospectivestudents and working professionals through their higher education journey by helping them choose the right programs under theIFIM Institutionsecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on variousUndergraduate (UG)and
Postgraduate (PG)programs such asBBA, BBA LLB,B.Com, BCA, MBA/PGDM,B.Des,B.Tech,etc, and international pathway programs.
- Interact with leads through multiple communication channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.) in a consultative and solution-oriented manner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterlyenrolment targetsacross assigned programs.
- Accurately record and manage all candidate interactions and data in theCRM system.
- Engage with 150200 prospects daily through calls and follow-ups to build a strong application pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams tooptimizelead conversion and student experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of program details, admission criteria, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in outreach events, webinars, and campus visits whenrequired(travel up to 25%).
Qualifications s Skills
- Minimum1 year of experiencein counselling, inside sales, or admissions in the
education industry (UG/PG programs).
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Strongconsultative selling and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in afast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable usingCRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Languages:English, Hindi
Working Days
Monday to Saturday(Full-time, on-site role;)
