Job Description

We are hiring for an Executive - Admin role for a Fintech Company in Mumnai . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, including managing technicians/vendors that handle infrastructure and facilities (lifts, seating areas, AC, etc.), coordinating events and office activities (speakers, dcor, arrangements, etc.), and handling logistics such as courier coordination.


The role will also involve finding new and coordinating with existing vendors and stakeholders for office expansion projects, facility upgrades, and overall administrative support. High accountability, strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills are essential for this position.


Budget 30 k per month
