This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Chennai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling clerical duties, and delivering executive support. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing communication, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to ensure effective organization and management of tasks
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Competence in performing clerical tasks, including document preparation and record management
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage
