Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative assistance, managing clerical tasks, handling correspondence, maintaining efficient communication across teams, and ensuring effective phone etiquette. The role demands strong organizational skills to support daily office operations and assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative functions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, such as documentation and record-keeping
- Excellent Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred, vendor handling basic ai apps, excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is an advantage)
