Role Overview

The Ad Sales executive will be responsible for drivingnew client acquisition, managing theend-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term revenue pipelines for Nestoric Digital.

This role requireshands-on experience in selling digital marketing services, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate value to business owners, CXOs, founders, and marketing heads.

You will work closely with internal performance, creative, and strategy teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery, while maintaining complete ownership of revenue targets.


Key Objectives of the Role

  • Acquire new clients for digital marketing services
  • Build and manage a healthy, scalable sales pipeline
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Position Nestoric Digital as a trusted growth partner for clients
  • Drive long-term account value through upselling and cross-selling

Core Responsibilities1. New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Bangalore and Delhi markets
  • Prospect clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Engage with business owners, founders, CMOs, and decision-makers
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities

2. Consultative Sales & Solution Pitching

  • Understand client business models, challenges, and growth objectives
  • Pitch customized digital marketing solutions including:
  • Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Lead & Call Generation Campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing & Branding
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • Website Development (React / Node / CMS)
  • Present proposals, decks, and ROI-driven strategies
  • Handle objections with confidence and business logic

3. Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to deal closure
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, and timelines
  • Negotiate pricing and close contracts profitably
  • Ensure proper handover to delivery teams post-closure

4. Revenue & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and revenue reports
  • Drive consistent pipeline movement and deal velocity
  • Focus on high-value, long-term client accounts

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build trust-based relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact during initial engagement
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and expectation alignment
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion

6. Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify additional service opportunities within existing accounts
  • Pitch value-added services and retainers
  • Drive account growth beyond initial deal value

7. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Track leads, follow-ups, deal stages, and conversions
  • Share weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Provide market feedback to leadership and strategy teams

8. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing, creative, and tech teams
  • Ensure feasibility and clarity before commitments
  • Align sales promises with delivery capabilities
  • Participate in internal strategy and review meetings
