Skill Set: Tally, Microsoft office, reasonably good command over English, meticulous with strong memory, and attention to detail.

Work Experience: 2-5 yrs.

Job Description:

Maintaining Company accounts and Finance in a way that is strictly confidential and enables cost effectiveness.
Keeping a tab on new laws and legislation regarding Accounts and Finance and Audit.
Devising effective salary structures to ensure both employee satisfaction and Company Benefits.
Maintaining transnational discipline regarding customer payments and tax calculations.
Constantly comparing vendor pricing and getting the best product and services at all times for the company.
Accuracy in the maintenance and reporting of all types of data.
Finalization of Accounts and making Final Balance.
Taxation knowledge and compliance for GST, IT, TDS, PF, ESIC etc.
Constantly updating and introducing excellent account and audit practices and processes with physical data filing.
100% Compliance of records with regulatory authorities.
Constantly generating analytical reports and forecasting expense.
Managing banking and compliances for US and UK companies.
Accounting and Transfer pricing knowledge for international transactions and Arms Length Dealing.
Managing personal accounting and finance for directors.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly submission and discussions on P&L and Balance sheet.
Cash flow statements maintenance and proactive cash flow management.
CC management and documentation.
Administration - coordination with HR and IT infrastructure for all office administration and vendor management.
