Accounts Manager

TISPL is seeking an experienced and analytical professional to take on a combined role of Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts Team. This position is pivotal in managing end-to-end accounting operations, accounts payable, and procurement processes. You will ensure accurate financial records, cost-effective purchasing, strong internal controls, and provide management with insightful reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and expense monitoring.

Verify and process vendor invoices and service bills, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.

Manage vendor payments, maintain timely payment schedules, and handle debit/credit notes for discrepancies or quality issues.

Maintain and update vendor master data accurately in Tally / SAP / equivalent ERP.

Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Provisional Balance Sheets for management review.

Prepare budget forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis reports to assist in strategic planning.

Conduct cost analysis and margin evaluations across projects, departments, and product categories to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.

Provide detailed sales pattern analysis, highlighting performance metrics, customer trends, and revenue fluctuations.

Support business decisions with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and MIS reports for pricing, procurement, and resource allocation.

Ensure proper accounting of raw material receipts and usage in coordination with stores and operations teams.

Monitor store operations to ensure accurate material records and implement internal controls to prevent discrepancies.

Manage compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings; coordinate with auditors for annual and internal audits.

Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure data integrity, and support regulatory compliance.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and cost efficiencies.

Monitor procurement budgets and track spending to align with organisational goals and project requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast purchasing requirements and plan procurement activities.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies, statutory and regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and procurement best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Professional qualification preferred: CA Inter / CMA / CPA / equivalent will be an added advantage but not mandatory

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full-cycle accounting, accounts payable, and procurement, preferably in corporate, project-based, or manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IND-AS, taxation, financial regulations, and procurement methodologies.

Proficiency in accounting and procurement software: BUSY / TALLY ERP advanced

Academics Record should be above 70% in Class X , XII , Graduation MUST . Candidates with less than 70% Marks in Class X & XII need not apply

Proficiency in English Speaking & Writing is a MUST

Candidate's age: should not be below 27 Years

Candidates with schooling done from English Medium Schools will be preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert financial data into actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
