Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The individual

will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping

2. Handle accounts payable activities including invoice verification, payment processing, and

maintaining appropriate documentation

3. Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of finance schedules and reports

4. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes including data preparation and

reconciliations

5. Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit-related documentation and schedules

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency

7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and better reporting practices

Experience & Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel including data analysis, reconciliations, pivot tables and lookup

formulas

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
