Accounts & Compliance Associate

Experience: 1-2 years Accounting in a CA firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance: End-to-end management of GST filings, TDS deductions, and monthly/quarterly tax compliance.
2. Payroll & Ops: Managing monthly payroll for a team of 20, including reimbursements and contractor payments.
3. Cash Flow Management: Tracking accounts receivable (invoices/IOs) and managing vendor payables (PayPal/Payoneer/Bank).

Requirements:

1. Only apply if proven experience handling Indian Tax Compliance (GST/TDS) and Payroll.
2. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
