Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations in a fast-paced manpower staffing environment. The role involves handling accounting transactions, statutory compliances, payroll-related accounting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP/PR) processes
• Passing and maintaining voucher entries and day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally
• Processing internal salaries, reimbursements, and other payments
• Coordinating with Business, Regional, Payroll, and Company Secretary (CS) teams for finance-related matters
• Preparing and filing GST and TDS returns and ensuring timely statutory compliance
• Maintaining accurate accounting records, financial data, and supporting documentation
• Assisting and coordinating with Internal, External, and Statutory Auditors during audits
• Supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related activities
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and company financial policies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 25 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in staffing, services, or listed company environments
• Working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
