This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, overseeing record-keeping, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling payroll and taxation. The role involves monitoring budgets, performing reconciliations, generating reports, and evaluating financial data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial tools
• Experience with payroll processing, taxation, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
• Previous experience in the jewellery or manufacturing industry is an advantage
