Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role also involves assisting in budgeting, maintaining accurate financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of tax regulations, auditing processes, and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
