Account Onboarding Associate - 6 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare account opening documents using TrackWizz system
• Track and monitor account opening processes end-to-end
• Generate MIS reports for senior management
• Client profiling across systems such as NSDL-DPM, Exchange-UCC, KRA, CKYC, Wealth Spectrum, Trade Plus, BSE Star, and NSE MF
• Ensure all KYC, FATCA, and regulatory documentation is accurate and compliant with SEBI guidelines and internal policies
• Manage and oversee the account onboarding team
• Handle and support internal/external audits

Required Systems Knowledge:

• eKYC
• Broking & NSDL Back-office
• Exchange Platforms UCC, KRA, CKYC

• NSE MF

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with RMs, SRMs, and clients
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, and Capital Markets
• Knowledge of evolving capital market regulations
• Strong data management and structuring skills
• Hands-on experience in account opening processes

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in handling audits
• Leadership ability to manage and guide a team

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, subject to performance-based conversion to a full-time position.
