Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer ledger accounts and receivable records.
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers regarding payment-related matters.
• Track advances, credit notes, debit notes, and account adjustments.
• Ensure proper accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
• Assist in monthly closing activities related to receivables.
• Prepare MIS reports related to outstanding balances and collections.
• Support audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
• Maintain records of customer communication and collection follow-ups.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Understanding of GST and invoice-related compliance.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good email drafting and documentation abilities.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience Required

• 14 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance Operations.

Salary Range

• 30,000 35,000 per month.
