We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts professionals to join our Accounts & Finance team. Candidates should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and E-Invoicing compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Finance

• Day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Assistance in monthly/quarterly/yearly account closing
• Preparation of MIS reports

GST Compliance (Mandatory)

• GST registration and amendments
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• GSTR-2B reconciliation and ITC management
• Handling GST notices and coordination with consultants
• E-Way Bill generation

E-Invoicing (Mandatory)

• Generation and cancellation of E-Invoices
• IRN and QR code management
• Ensuring compliance with E-Invoicing provisions
• Coordination with ERP/accounting software

TDS Compliance (Mandatory)

• TDS deduction and payment
• Preparation and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q)
• Challan generation (ITNS 281)
• Form 16 / 16A generation
• TRACES portal handling and reconciliation

Audit & Compliance Support

• Assistance in statutory audit, GST audit, and tax audit
• Maintaining proper documentation and records
• Vendor and customer reconciliation

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & E-Invoicing
• Practical experience in Tally / Accounting Software
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with GST Portal, Income Tax Portal & TRACES
• Understanding of statutory compliance

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in Accounts / Taxation
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Experience in CA Firm or Corporate Accounts will be an advantage
