Role Overview

Infinity Integrations is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, financial and purchase documentation. The individual will also work on purchase orders, vendor quotations, invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping in Tally.
• Manage purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, documentation and return-related data.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations, invoices, deliveries and payments.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and agreed terms.
• Maintain vendor ledgers, outstanding statements and payment records.
• Carry out bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting and procurement documentation.

Requirements

• 24 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, purchase orders and vendor management is essential.
• Good numerical accuracy, documentation and follow-up skills.
