Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including billing, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and D2C receivables management. The role ensures timely realization of receivables across both B2B and E-commerce/D2C channels, improves cash flow, and maintains accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & O2C Operations: Manage complete AR/O2C cycle; validate sales orders; ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.

E-commerce / D2C: Reconcile marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), track settlements, fees, refunds, chargebacks; handle payment gateways and COD reconciliation; manage returns and discrepancies.

Collections:

Monitor aging, follow up on overdue payments, improve collection efficiency, escalate risks.

Reconciliation:

Perform B2B & D2C reconciliations; resolve disputes and discrepancies.

Cash Application:

Record receipts, adjustments, debit/credit notes; maintain accuracy in ERP.

Reporting:

Prepare MIS reports (aging, DSO, reconciliation); analyze payment trends.

Collaboration & Compliance:

Work with Sales, Ops, E-commerce; support closing; ensure audit compliance.

Key Skills:

AR & O2C expertise, D2C reconciliation, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), ERP (SAP/Tally), analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications: B.Com / Finance; CA (Inter), M.Com preferred. Experience:

Junior: 13 years | Senior: 36 years
