About the Role

Prapancha Studios is looking for a talented 3D Game Artist to join our team and help create high-quality game-ready assets for our projects. You will be responsible for designing and producing 3D models, environments, props, and other visual elements that match the style and quality of our games.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models for environments, props, and game assets
• Develop optimized game-ready assets with proper topology and UVs
• Create textures and materials that fit the projects visual style
• Collaborate with developers and designers to bring game ideas to life
• Maintain consistency in art style across the project
• Optimize assets for performance without losing visual quality
• Revise and improve assets based on feedback

Requirements

• Experience as a 3D Game Artist for games or interactive projects
• Strong skills in Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, or similar 3D software
• Good understanding of modeling, texturing, UV mapping, lighting, and optimization
• Knowledge of creating game-ready low-poly and high-poly assets
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of animation or rigging
• Experience in creating modular environment assets
