Role Overview

We are looking for a talented 3D Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to create high-quality interior and architectural visualisations. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential projects and be able to translate design concepts into realistic 3D renders.

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for interior and architectural projects

Develop visualisations based on design concepts, drawings, and material selections

Prepare walkthroughs, presentations, and render views for client meetings

Coordinate with architects and interior designers to ensure design accuracy

Apply materials, lighting, furniture, and styling elements to enhance visual output

Make revisions based on client and team feedback

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualisation or architectural rendering

Experience working on residential interior projects is essential

Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software

Good understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, and spatial planning

Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills

Portfolio showcasing residential project renders is required
