JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

The Trim Technician will support team in Trim cover development.

Specific Duties:

Technical Skills:

• Provide cutting and sewing support of Trim covers for group.
• Provide build and trimming support of seats.
• Provide department equipment support (NC Cutter, Sewing Machines, etc.)
• Support pattern development.
• Develop ability to use computer office products (word processing, electronic mail, etc.).

Management Skills:

• Possess ability to prioritize work load.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Assist in problem solving.
• Possess ability to work in a team environment.

Reporting Relationship:           Trim Engineer or Trim Designer

Education Required:                 High School or Equivalent

Experience Desired:                  1 to 2 years of Job Related Experience, or Equivalent
