How You’ll Make an Impact
Execute advanced test protocols to ensure product compliance and performance
Promote a safe, accident-free work environment through proactive safety practices
Improve test methods to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to verify requirements
Support quality-at-source by training operators on basic test routines
Lead investigations into test failures using root cause analysis tools
Develop certified test reports, metrics, and technical recommendations
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
2+ years of experience testing liquid-filled distribution or traction transformers
Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC, and related transformer standards
Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Clear, effective communication with internal and external partners
Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
