About the Team

We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services team supporting the implementation of LNRS fraud and identity solutions. As part of this team, you’ll work with our strategic customers, from financial institutions to eCommerce and more, to configure, integrate and optimize SaaS solutions. By working alongside experts in implementation, project management, and fraud analytics, you’ll gain hands-on experience and make a real impact in helping organizations fight fraud and reduce risk for their customers.

About the Role
As a Technical Consultant with the Professional Services Team (North America), you will help leading organizations strengthen their fraud and identity strategy. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and support SaaS-based solutions that address complex business challenges in the fraud and identity space. Your broad technical expertise and collaborative approach will help to drive successful integrations and lasting customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting/support, technical project

  • management, or application development

  • Proven track record of delivering successful technology integration projects, ideally in

  • security, fraud, or payments

  • Familiarity with enterprise operating systems (Windows, Unix), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and internet infrastructure concepts such as OSI model, DNS, web/application servers, and encryption protocols.

  • Understanding of coding principles, with experience in one or more programming languages; knowledge of data structures (XML, JSON, RDMS) and API integration (REST, HTTP).

  • Experience with web development technologies, including HTML and JavaScript.

  • Awareness of Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders through design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to ensure successful delivery and long-term adoption of LNRS Fraud and Identity solutions

  • Guide, test, and troubleshoot customer integrations

  • Advise customer application developers and technical leads on web and mobile front-end integration, as well as backend API integration

  • Consult with customer technical resources, fraud managers, and business leaders on implementation and industry best practices

  • Communicate and present solutions to customers

  • Work with other team members to monitor project timelines, risks, scope, and budget, escalating issues when needed.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with mobile development concepts for iOS and Android, including 3rd party SDK integration

  • Experience with data analysis using SQL and/or Python

  • Experience with API testing

  • Understanding of authentication, identity verification, and fraud in a digital context

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
