As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will help shape the performance and integrity of critical materials and components before they reach production. This is an opportunity to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while working closely with suppliers to drive quality excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact
Identify critical-to-quality components and assess risks using FMEA methodologies
Partner with suppliers to strengthen process controls and prevent quality issues
Lead resolution of supplier nonconformances and drive root cause solutions
Execute Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure consistent quality
Perform supplier audits and verify material compliance through inspections
Monitor supplier performance and analyze quality data trends
Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing and quality strategies
Represent supplier insights to internal teams to improve specifications and outcomes
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering environments
Experience in supplier quality or supplier development activities
Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, or root cause analysis
Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
Effective communication skills and ability to influence across stakeholders
