What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst to join our team supporting a U.S. Federal law enforcement mission. This role focuses on analyzing complex data sources including social media, commercially available information (CAI), publicly available information (PAI), governmental, and classified datasets to locate individuals, identify related parties, and illuminate relationships, movements, and other trends. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting targeting efforts for law enforcement and/or the intelligence community, will exhibit strong analytical tradecraft, will be able to produce actionable intelligence products that inform operational decisions, and will be able to manage a team.
 

What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • FIVE (5) years of experience providing targeting and investigating support, with a deep proficiency in OSINT, social media, and all-source collection and analysis.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience conducting open-source intelligence (OSINT) across CAI, PAI, law enforcement, and other datasets, to support research, analysis, and targeting efforts.

  • Exploiting law enforcement datasets, social media, and OSINT and investigative records to correlate identities, transactions, locations, and communications.

  • Performing link analysis and develop network diagrams to illustrate relationships between individuals, organizations, their broader networks, and their footprints.

  • Producing high-quality and actionable written intelligence reports and briefings that meet evidentiary and operational standards.

  • Identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to support targeting leads.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement agents to integrate findings into their operations.

  • Experience supervising the workload of an investigative team and overseeing the quality of its research, targeting, and analysis efforts.

  • Advanced knowledge of immigration and criminal justice laws and regulations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing actionable intelligence products.

  • Experience with social media exploitation, CAI/PAI, and dark web platforms (e.g., Babel Street, Lexis Nexis, Moody's, Penlinks, Recorded Futures, etc.).

  • Experience with link analysis and visualization (e.g., i2 Analyst, Maltego, etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
