Senior Manager, Core Infrastructure Engineering

Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead critical execution for the Data Center Software and Automation team, enabling the delivery of some of the world's largest AI centric data centers around the globe.

This role requires a strong cross-organizational leader who can operate across engineering, product, operations, infrastructure, and executive stakeholder groups to drive alignment, remove blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a clear, confident communicator who can translate complex technical and operational issues into actionable decisions, influence across organizational boundaries, and communicate effectively up through executive channels.

We are looking for a leader who combines strong software delivery discipline with the ability to scale teams, programs, and execution models in a fast-moving cloud infrastructure environment.
