This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
The Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE) team leads experiential marketing and communications efforts as part of The Boeing Communications function. As a strategic business operation, BBE operates within a Profit and loss (P&L) model while prioritizing brand engagement and activation. The primary mission for BBE is to amplify Boeing’s global brand amongst the flying public, local communities, customers, and employees. We deliver high-quality Boeing branded experiences and merchandise through our various channels globally, in-person and digitally. These channels include Boeing Future of Flight (BFoF), Physical and E-Commerce Retail, Internal Custom Merchandise, The Boeing Recognition Program, Wholesale and Consumer Products and Image Licensing. We are brand ambassadors and influencers passionate about building and delivering a premium customer experience.
The Boeing Stores retail team supports internal and external sales of Boeing branded merchandise and aviation-related products through retail locations and special events across the country. Our store provides employees, visitors, and aviation enthusiasts the opportunity to connect with the Boeing brand through quality merchandise and welcoming retail experience.
We are seeking an energized, passionate, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations in our St. Louis store location. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, leading the store operations, executing visual merchandising strategies, and creating exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will oversee the store presentation, support marketing initiatives, and ensure the team consistently delivers outstanding service while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
This role will also support pop-up shops, special retail events, and other initiatives that connect customers and stakeholders with the Boeing brand.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees freight processing, inventory accuracy, and merchandise markdowns.
Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained to maximize merchandise presentation and supports completion of all marketing initiatives.
Maintains and enforces safety standards in the store; communicates safety concerns and ensures compliance with company policies. Communicates safety concerns to the Retail Sales Manager.
Implement store and company strategies to reduce shrink and monitors for unusual internal or external activity.
Oversees daily cash control procedures including bank deposits, fund verifications, and reconciliations while ensuring financial reporting deadlines are met.
Partners with Brand Activation Lead to build and execute strategic action plans to meet or exceed goals
Analyzes sales and inventory reports to respond quickly to business demands and optimize store performance.
Provides productivity updates to the Retail Sales Manager and communicates feedback regarding team performance and development.
Manages controllable expenses and operational costs to support overall store profitability.
The position may require occasional travel within the United States and the ability to work independently. The selected candidate will build with and maintain customer relationships while focusing on engagement and delivering superior customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills with business partners and stakeholders, and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High school diploma or higher
5+ years of experience in a retail sales or operations leadership role
Experience in Point-of-Sale platforms
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand and move (reach, bend, or stoop) to handle products for extended periods of time with only short breaks
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights, as needed
Willing and able to travel domestically 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of retail store management experience
Experience with Counterpoint POS systems
Previous military or commercial experience in quality and/or operations leadership position
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $57,800 - $78,200
