What You Will Do -

As our Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to support services and training in the HCIT (Heath Care IT) space.  This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate across various teams clearly and consistently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the scheduling of coverage, training, and implementation go-live resources
  • Partner with implementation project team to identify appropriate resource needs.
  • Communicate and confirm resources based on availability, skillset, and project requirements.
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date scheduling request system and database reflecting needs and assignments (real-time).
  • Clearly and timely communicate scheduling updates, conflicts, or risks to stakeholders.
  • Support planning of project milestones, timelines, and dependencies to optimize utilization of cross-functional resources.
  • Verify cross-functional resources are appropriately trained to deliver services.  Coordinate training as appropriate.
  • Organize and communicate logistics for training, coverage, and go-live events including internal training, travel coordination, calendar invitations, and expense submission.
  • Lead logistics for travel coordination, expense submission, internal preparation trainings and calendar scheduling for execution of customer training and go-live events.
  • Communicate scheduling updates, conflicts, or risks to resources and stakeholders proactively.

Required -

  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • 5 + years of experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred -

  • Administrative, scheduling, project coordination, or equivalent experience
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Experience with resource management
  • Experience supporting multiple teams across different time zones

Travel Percentage: 10%
