What you'll do:

Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.
Communicate project status, adjust timelines as needed, and resolve construction and operational issues promptly.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in managing complex realty and execution projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate strategies.
Strong project management skills, including organizing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving accountability for deliverables.
Effective communication abilities to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and convey project plans and updates clearly.
Demonstrated leadership in directing associates and vendors, providing guidance on processes, procedures, and resource allocation.
Ability to analyze project impacts on budgets, customer experience, and operational efficiency while implementing corrective actions.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements and commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
