Role summary:The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project completion. This role involves directing associates and vendors, overseeing merchandise placement, and maintaining operational standards. The position requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to address challenges, monitor budgets, and align project plans with corporate strategies. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies while supporting business objectives and delivering results that enhance customer and operational outcomes.
About the team:
The Realty Project Coach team leads the execution of store remodels and facility projects by managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project goals efficiently. They provide training, mentoring, and guidance to associates to maintain high standards in project delivery. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team addresses challenges, optimizes resources, and ensures clear communication throughout project phases. Focused on accountability and continuous improvement, they drive successful outcomes that support company objectives and enhance operational effectiveness across store locations.
What you'll do:
- Own and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, addressing obstacles proactively.
- Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and design managers to provide feedback and implement design changes.
- Monitor budgets, assess economic impacts, and create efficient, cost-effective project schedules.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to communicate plans and adjust timelines as needed.
- Supervise and develop associates, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in managing complex realty projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and convey project plans clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership in directing associates and vendors, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.
- Ability to analyze project impacts on budgets, operations, and customer experience while driving cost-effective solutions.

- Accountability for meeting project milestones and aligning initiatives with corporate strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
