NOTE: Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter. Mandatory to work 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web-based applications.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java/Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and derive test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
• Manage test cases, defects, and execution tracking in JIRA and Octane.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for backend/data validation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure quality standards, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA and Test Automation Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Java and/or Python programming
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL for data validation
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with automation framework development (POM, BDD, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for automation
• Experience with test management tools such as Octane or Jira
• Experience in script development and execution across test cycles
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Playwright automation framework
• Exposure to Gen AI adoption/use cases in testing (test generation, self-healing scripts, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
