Job Description:
Job Summary
This position completes the electronic package data (EPD) correction process prior to the start of the preload operation. He/She improves the performance of the Scan, Print, and Apply (SPA) activity. This position performs Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) website report generation, system testing, package research and resolution, Address Management System (AMS) updates, and previous day’s missed on road package analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Performs data correction process.
- Analyzes Exception Capture Report/s (ECS).
- Performs previous day’s missed package analysis.
- Addresses Management System (AMS) updates.
Qualifications:
- Attend PTPCS Training and Development Program
- Data Management Workshop
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
