Position Overview:
You will lead the modularity strategy across Off-Road Vehicle platforms, driving efforts to reduce portfolio complexity through cross-functional alignment and disciplined program execution. In this role, you will guide a team and collaborate closely with product planning, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and design to deliver scalable platform and kit solutions. You will own multiple modularity initiatives, ensuring alignment to cost, quality, and performance objectives while balancing competing priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence product architecture at scale and deliver measurable business impact through complexity reduction and standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve variant reduction, part reuse, cost optimization, and platform alignment objectives, with accountability for overall complexity reduction outcomes.
Manage multiple modularity kits and implementation plans, ensuring alignment to program timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Establish and implement processes, procedures, and best practices that enable effective cross-functional coordination and global alignment.
Drive part reduction, simplification, and standard interface strategies across the Off-Road Vehicle portfolio.
Oversee execution of modularity programs by coordinating teams, resolving issues, facilitating trade-off decisions, and maintaining clear communication.
Make key strategic decisions that shape kit development and platform solution direction.
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of direct reports while supporting the development of cross-functional team members.
Facilitate in-person workshops with stakeholders to align on priorities, strategies, and implementation plans.
Own and manage the budget supporting modularity and kit development activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program leadership or engineering project leadership within a related industry.
Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience, including direct reports.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
Experience with stage-gate processes or comparable product development frameworks.
Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills.
Broad technical knowledge of vehicle and system design is preferred.
Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions.
Up to 10% travel required to manufacturing facilities and supplier locations.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $114,000 to $165,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
