Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate or Experienced Procurement Agents to join our Fasteners team in Everett, Washington.
The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities
Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
Identify & resolve part or supply chain issues on a daily basis to support program stakeholders
Delivers excellent communication, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills
Utilizes critical thinking when problem-solving to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process.
Assesses a problem situation, what steps to take to resolve the issue (based on data, planning and reasoning), and is capable of execution, understanding possible consequences of actions while choosing best course of action
This position is 100% on-site. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the Everett, WA location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically or internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
1+ years of experience with Project Management
1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
1+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions
Bachelor's Degree or higher

Associate (Level 2): $80,170 – $101,200
Experience (Level 3): $94,350– $127,650
