Job Summary

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment according to approved work instructions and SOPs
Set up machines for production runs, including tooling, materials, and parameter verification
Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation
Ensure production targets and throughput expectations are met
Always Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Perform in-process inspections per specifications (visual checks, measurements, documentation)
Accurately complete production and quality documentation in real time
Identify and report defects, nonconformances, or out-of-spec conditions immediately
Support traceability of materials and product throughout the process
Follow proper gowning procedures and maintain cleanroom discipline
Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and tools (5S standards)
Always adhere to contamination control protocols
Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses.
