Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.
  • Manage handling of critical and regulated materials, including hazardous materials accordance with guidelines.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as internal quality and EHS standards.
  • Execute tasks based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality system documentation.
  • Apply industry best practices for inventory management, material storage, reverse logistics, and medical device traceability.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive shipments and production orders, ensuring minimal disruption to supply chain operations.
  • Flexibility to support operations, including working overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as business needs dictate.
  • Utilize enterprise systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP ERP/MRP platforms, for inventory transactions and reporting.
  • Implement Lean principles and 5S methodologies to maintain organized, efficient, and safe workspaces.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) such as forklifts, and vertical order pickers in compliance with safety training and certification requirements.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, deviations, or corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Crosstrain across departments, supporting Inventory Control, Factory Support, and other logistics functions as needed.
  • Demonstrate effective written communication skills, including composing professional emails and documenting operational activities.
  • Collaborate using digital communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams, for real-time messaging, file sharing, and team coordination.

Qualifications

  • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 1+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $22.22 - $34.72/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
