JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering

JOB LOCATION: 2900 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075

DUTIES: Drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise catalog and e-commerce systems that support high-volume and high-transaction digital platforms. Apply deep technical expertise, business domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Responsible for translating complex business and marketing requirements into scalable and high-performance solutions. Leverage and enhance Commerce Tools catalog data and data models, design and develop custom APIs, and ensure the accurate and real-time delivery of product, plan, offer, and promotion information to multiple backend and user-facing systems. Support marketing initiatives by aligning catalog solutions with business rules, pricing models, and promotional campaigns, while maintaining operational reliability and customer satisfaction. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, define architectural standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and monitoring processes to ensure high availability and system performance. Utilize Commerce Tools platform architecture, ATG Commerce, CatalogONE, catalog data modeling, and API development. Utilize Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, Microservices, ReactJS, Postgres, Redis, Azure Cosmos DB, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform. Utilize build/CI/CD tools including GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and Sonar. Apply stakeholder management skills.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Information Technology and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Commerce Tools platform architecture, ATG Commerce, CatalogONE, catalog data modeling, API development; utilizing Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, Microservices, ReactJS, Postgres, Redis, Azure Cosmos DB, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform; utilizing build/CI/CD tools including GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and Sonar; and applying stakeholder management skills.
