As a Lead Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt. your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
• Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff,
• implements long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and facilitate collaboration between technology, privacy, security, risk, and business teams to drive AI projects through the governance process from submission to final approval.

• Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Serve as a “white glove” support partner, advocating for internal customers to streamline processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure a consistent, trusted experience as teams adopt Gen AI solutions.

• Technical Process Managemnt: Oversee technical submissions, ensure data privacy and security compliance, identify opportunities to accelerate timelines, and design effective feedback loops with governance and risk teams.

• Training and Support: Educate and mentor partner teams on governance guidelines, requirements, and best practices. Act as the go-to expert for the Gen AI governance process, providing process documentation and guidance.

Compensation Offered:

Our Lead Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $116,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, and security requirements, can manage complex technical submissions, identify opportunities for efficiency, and proactively address blockers or risks related to AI/data workflows.

Training, Support & Customer Advocacy Mindset
Strong skills in educating and supporting partner teams, advocating for internal customers to improve processes, and providing “white glove” service to ensure smooth adoption and compliance with Gen AI standards and guidelines.
