Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

It leads complex, cross-organizational initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations, and serves as the primary escalation point for critical program issues to ensure timely resolution and successful delivery. The role also drives continuous improvement in program execution, operational processes, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and strong business outcomes.
