General Purpose:
Responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and delivery of enablement for the assigned business function - Technology. This role operates with high autonomy, observing business needs to develop problem statements and proposed solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership: Owns enablement initiatives from observation and concept to completion.
Curriculum Design: Engages with cross-functional leaders to identify needs and develop curriculum that addresses skill gaps.
Delivery & Coaching: Leads training sessions across various delivery methods and coaches audiences on integrating MillerKnoll tools into their unique processes.
Operational Management: Manages assigned expense budgets and ensures cost-effective delivery of enablement programs.
Continuous Innovation: Proactively identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement in enablement strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5+ years of functional industry experience.
Leadership: Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward organizational goals.
Technical Savvy: Expertise in contemporary learning methods (social, mobile, virtual) and sales enablement platforms.
Proprietary Technology Experience: Explore and/or experience working with industry specific product specification and design platforms (CET, Revit) and/or MillerKnoll proprietary technology platforms (Scout, Compass Metrics, Compass Generative Design)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Art, Architecture, Design, Education, Business, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
