Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing Distribution activities. Responds to questions on distribution-related subjects. Assists in reporting days supply and aging assigned units.

A Day in the Life:

  • National: Responsible for managing and responding to all communications that come through the National Distribution mailbox, included but not limited to: inputting retail sales, providing information for the Crime Bureau, requests from legal, and posting communications to the portal. Responsible for updating and communicating days supply by Nation, Region, and Model (both total and dealer days supply). Producing and distributing related sales and production ad hoc data analysis.

  • Infiniti Distribution: Responsible for determining Infiniti wholesale availability and set regional/national wholesale objectives for Carflow Communicate a daily wholesale forecast and analyze the movement of vehicles within the forecast in order to determine risk, find anomalies, and resolve issues that may prevent the successful completion of wholesale/assignment objectives Responsible for managing excessive dwell concerns at VPCs and Rail Ramp locations. Responsible for New Model Launch coordination relative to distribution activities including but not limited to: coordination meetings with CMM, WWS, SCM and distribution, launch allocation formula/letters, pricing and Monroney flags

Who We're Looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

  •  3-5 years progressive Marketing and Sales experience. At the Analyst level, previous experience at the specialist level in Consumer Affairs, Sales Operations, Distribution, Market Representation or Marketing is preferred.

  • Previous sales or dealership contact experience is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work schedule effectively with minimal daily supervision.

  • Ability to focus on the best interests of Nissan and the Regions.  Can remain objective in the course of building relationships.

  • Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

  • Attentive to others’ opinions and perspectives.

  • Ability to present ideas and analysis in an effective manner with clear and concise communication.

  • Ability to understand the complexities of situations and solicit assistance from others as needed.

  • Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.  Additional knowledge of sales related systems.

  • Desired competencies include: detail-oriented; analytical/PC skills; written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; presentation skills. General knowledge of and the ability to analyze market trends.

Travel:
Up to 25% day and overnight domestic travel.
