Oversees network health metrics and monitoring strategies for scalability, coordinates feedback across monitoring teams, sets policies for escalation, drives root cause investigation consistency, and prioritizes tool development projects for frontline support. Confirms milestones support long-term strategy, establishes mentorship expectations, drives systemic incident response improvements and RCA, shapes technical direction with stakeholders, and leads technical issue resolution for networking standards.
