Job Summary

General Purpose:

Responsible for managing a team of Engineering & Design employees to ensure that cost, quality and delivery targets are met.

Principal Accountabilities:

Provide technical direction to Engineering & Design teams.
Oversee resources budgeting, allocation, review and approval.
Track projects and progress through regular reviews.
Develop dashboards and reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that revenue commitments are met.
Participate in tool design and feasibility technical reviews.
Aid and guide in the development of product designs from proposal to delivery.
Provide technical support to customer and Sales team.
Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Provide technical direction through mold debug.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
9 years of engineering experience, including supervision.
Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas
Solid knowledge of injection molding.
Demonstrated ability to develop talent as a key element of executing operational business plans.
Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site.

$142,300.00 USD - $195,700.00 USD Annual
