Pay: $70,000.00 - $90.000.00
Air Liquide is looking for new college graduates to be part of our Air Liquide Leading Excellence (ALLEX) Rotational Program. This program is designed to introduce new college graduates to the electronics specialty chemical industry.
Air Liquide Advanced Materials (ALAM) Global Supply Chain team is looking for individuals to join the ALLEX - Global Supply Chain Specialist Rotational Program which is an 18 month program consisting of three 6 month rotations sponsored by ALAM Global Supply Chain team. Rotational opportunities will cover a minimum of 3 of the following 4 supply chain areas:
Global Planning
Global Logistics
Warehousing & Inventory Management
Mobile Asset Management
All rotations include a high level of collaboration offering active engagement across all organizational functions (Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance & Commercial) as well as 3rd party Vendors and international affiliates. Deliverables are highly quantitative with immediate business impact and benefits. Following the successful completion of the program the ALLEX participant will be placed by their sponsored entity.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed the company safety standards.
Become proficient in the operation and mission of each department and business you rotate through.
Complete the rotation objectives for the above areas as specified by the rotation supervisor.
Complete the required training as specified for all ALLEX.
Prepare and submit a bimonthly report detailing objectives completed and any issues for that rotation.
Complete additional assignments or projects at the request of the rotation supervisor.

Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain and/or Engineering
Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA upon application and completion of degree
Expected Graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
Program is designed for college graduates with less than one years of experience
Previous co-op or intern experience is required
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from multiple sources
Ability to integrate into a new setting within a relatively short period of time
Ability to use Google programs such as Doc, Sheet, and Slide as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to learn various PC programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to relocate in the US is required
Ability to provide own daily transportation to/from work
Business travel is required in some rotations
