- Experience and Knowledge in Salesforce Development: The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Async Apex (asynchronous programming in Salesforce).
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. This includes investigating and analyzing problems, debugging code, and providing solutions.
- Customer Support: The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers or end-users to understand their technical issues or requirements. They should be able to provide prompt and efficient technical support and guidance to resolve customer concerns.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues, analyze logs and error messages, and determine appropriate solutions. They should be able to think critically and apply logical reasoning to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, its features, and functionalities is essential. This includes understanding Salesforce data model, security model, workflow automation, integration capabilities, and best practices for customization and development.
- Documentation and Reporting: The candidate should have the ability to document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical solutions provided, and known issues for future reference. They should also be capable of creating reports and documenting troubleshooting steps or knowledge base articles to assist with issue resolution.
- Team Collaboration: The candidate should be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with other team members, such as developers, administrators, and project managers. They should be able to share knowledge, provide assistance, and contribute to the overall success of the team's goals.
Mandatory skills: Apex, LWC, Async apex etc (Experience: 2+ yrs in Salesforce Development)
