Technical Architect

Job description:

• Strong Java expertise: A deep understanding of Java programming language, its core concepts, and best practices is essential. Knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries commonly used in the Telecom domain is also important.

• Multithreading and Concurrency: In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and developing multithreaded applications is crucial. Understanding the challenges and techniques related to thread synchronization, deadlock prevention, and performance optimization is necessary.

• Linux proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system, including command-line utilities, system administration, shell scripting, and performance tuning. Familiarity with Linux networking and system-level programming is beneficial.

• Telecom domain knowledge: Experience working in the Telecom industry and understanding of its technologies, protocols, and standards is required. This may include knowledge of telecommunication networks, signaling protocols (such as SIP, Diameter), messaging systems, billing systems, etc.

• Architecture design and scalability: Ability to design and architect scalable and high-performance systems in the Telecom domain. Understanding distributed architectures, load balancing, fault tolerance, and performance optimization techniques is important.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Telecom systems is valuable.

• Communication and leadership: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide technical guidance. Leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and align technical solutions with business goals
