Solutions Architect, Prisma Cloud

Your Impact:

• Act as the technical expert on Prisma Cloud, providing in-depth knowledge and articulating the value proposition to potential customers within your assigned territory
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support presales activities, including customer engagements, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts/proof-of-value
• Deliver compelling presentations and lead discussions with customers at all levels, from engineers to C-level executives, to showcase the benefits of Prisma Cloud solutions
• Understand customer needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their unique cloud security requirements
• Provide mentorship and best practices during the presales process for strategic opportunities, ensuring successful implementation and rollout
• Stay up-to-date with cloud security trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to product improvements
• Act as a conduit for customer feedback, providing valuable insights to Product Management and R&D teams to enhance our offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Technical teams, to contribute to go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technology-related field or equivalent military experience required
• Proven track record of success as a presales engineer or technical specialist in the technology industry
• Strong expertise in cloud security solutions, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with cloud security concepts, best practices, and technologies, including containers and serverless architectures
• Proficiency in CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or GCP Cloud Deployment Manager Templates
• Familiarity with cloud service providers' configurations, identity and access management, networking, firewalls, encryption, and related security features
• Experience with security areas such as access control, runtime defence, anti-malware, and vulnerability management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset
