Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement, support and maintain the CSCP D365 Programs built on top of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations

• Design and implement microservices to enable real-time, highly scalable, performant, and sustainable solutions.

• Deliver well-tested features across many different services and platforms.

• Use engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle to establish maintainable, reliable, and secure systems.

• Manipulate, collate, and analyze complex, high-dimensional data from varying sources to solve difficult problems.

• Collaborate with teammates in various roles to plan and execute key deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations including high proficiency in X++ coding.

• Experience with DMF (Data Management Framework), Integrations, and business events in D365 F& O.

• Comfortable with Git, and fully capable of using LCS for deployments and configurations.

• Knowledge of ADLS and Power platform capabilities with D365 F&

• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures

• Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of cross-group stakeholders

• Strong organization skills, a bias for action, and the ability to deliver results

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, ramp quickly, and meet demanding deadlines

• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity

• Ability to both work independently and coordinate across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Delivered features on D365 in the following modules: Warehouse management, Inventory management, Product information management

• Familiarity with the following modules in D365: Procurement and sourcing, Master planning, Production control, Accounts payable/receivable

• Knowledge of the Warehousing app on Windows 10 and Android

• Know-how to develop RSAT cases, utilize the SysTest framework, and execute performance tests.

• Current with the latest capabilities of the platform & application versions of D365 F&O.

• Professional software engineering experience in designing, building, and running cloud services at large scale in Azure, C#, C++, .Net, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake, SSIS, and SSMS.

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST microservices using NoSQL storage or RDBMS; or other SOA experience

• Additional experiences w/ data technologies like Azure Data Explorer (Kusto), Databricks, and Data Factories

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment

• Azure technologies such as Functions, Service Bus, SQL, AAD & AAD applications

• Scripting languages such as PowerShell

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
