Job Description
Role Overview:
- 6 to 10 years of experience development in Cloud environments – AWS, GCP advantage
- Analysis of software requirements and development of modules
- Evaluate technology stack best suited to implement a set of requirements
- Lead code reviews- guiding others to improve code/software quality
- Lead brainstorming sessions into existing and proposed solutions and designs with team
- Ensure the team follows best practices for software development
- Work closely with team members located across different geographies.
About You:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institute
- 6-10 years of relevant work experience in design and development of quality software
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies.
- Experience in building distributed and scalable backend solutions.
- Experience in languages including C#, Java, Python, Groovy, Grails
- Experience in working with RDBMS ideally MySQL.
- Experience with development of containerized, micro-service architecture systems in an AWS or GCP environment using Docker, and any of Kubernetes flavours – EKS, GKE advantage.
- Experience working with Brokers and cache servers such as Kafka/Rabbit MQ, Redis/Aerospike, etc..
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
