Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Robot Framework that is compatible with multiple browsers and operating systems.

· Identify performance bottlenecks in applications and recommend solutions

· Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner

· Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvement

Perform testing on different platforms and devices to ensure compatibility

Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools using Robot Framework

Identify and report software defects and track them to resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products are of high quality

Work with developers to ensure that code changes are testable, and that testing is integrated into the software development life cycle

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data

Participate in code reviews to ensure that the code is testable and meets the quality standards

Mentor and train junior automation testers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
8-12 years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in software development life cycle and automation frameworks
At least 2-4 years of experience in Robot framework is a must
Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Protractor
Strong Knowledge of performance testing and tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Experience with programming languages such as Python
Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in working with API testing
Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
